Would like to remind you of our drama meeting tonight at 6.30pm to discuss the upcoming Mosfest. Mosfest is a wonderful and fun night where the students showcase their short films and celebrate in the style of the Oscars……Any help would be greatly appreciated and all welcome.
CALLING ALL BAKERS!
The Mosman High School Drama Committee will be holding a cake stall at school on Saturday 9th September from 8am till 1pm.
We would really love as many cupcakes, whole cakes or slices that any of our fabulous school community would like to make for us to sell on the day.
We will be providing cake boxes at the school office that can be collected anytime during the week (from 4th-8th), and delivered back to the office either Friday 8th or anytime before 11am on Saturday 9th to us in the school grounds. All cakes, cupcakes, slices etc must have a label listing ingredients for anyone who may have allergies.
The drama committee would greatly appreciate your help and look forward to this being a successful cake stall.
Just letting you know the next drama committee meeting will be on Tuesday 20th at 6.30 pm in the front foyer.
Welcome back to a new and exciting year at Mosman High. We are having our first drama meeting of the year on Tuesday 21st February at 6.30pm in the front office.
ALL are very welcome to attend and find out what will be happening this year for our drama students and any input and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I have attached below the information for Year 7 and 8 to attend a fabulous Shakespeare Workshop in class on Tuesday December 7 from 9-12. It will be taught by the very talented Zoe Emanuel who has vast experience in teaching Shakespeare. The cost will be $50 and can be paid through the school Pay online.
Numbers need to be finalised as soon as possible, so prompt replies would be greatly appreciated if you would like your child to be involved.

Wednesday 16th November at 6.30pm in the school hall is our night of nights…….
Please come along to watch the amazing films put up by our very talented students.
Entry will be $5 per person and we will be showcasing around 20 short films. Prizes include Best Film, Best actor, Peoples Choice and many more. We will also have our Best dressed prizes for our students, so glam it up…….and have your photo taken on our red carpet.
Refreshments of popcorn, lollies and drinks will be available on the night for purchase, and our chocolate hamper raffles will be up for grabs.
All welcome to come along and support the students and their wonderful efforts in filmmaking.
MOSFEST is nearly here!
As most of you may know, Mosfest is our yearly Mosman High Film Festival where our very clever students showcase their film works. It is a very glamorous night of red carpet, dressing up and little golden statues……….
It will be held on Wednesday 16th November at 7pm in the school hall.
We will be having a meeting at 6.30 pm on Wednesday night 26th October to discuss our wonderful MOSFEST event and invite anyone to come along so that we can make this night very special for all.
All help very much appreciated.
There will not be a meeting tomorrow night 18th as John is away and is returning next week.
Just inviting any drama parents along to our next meeting at 6.30pm on Tuesday night 23rd August in the front office.
We would love to ask any parent to come along with any new ideas on how we can add to the drama experience for our children. Any discussion on workshops/excursions or theatre experience we may be able to offer them would be greatly appreciated.

Due to a clash of commitments for the Drama staff on the 19th July, we’ve been asked to move our next Drama Committee Meeting. The next Drama Committee meeting will now be on Tuesday the 26th July. Hope we can see you all there at the usual time of 6.30.
The drama committee would like to ask for some helpers please for the mid year concert next Wednesday and Thursday night.
We need some parents for various shifts throughout the night so we can make this a fantastic event for all.
Shifts needed to be filled:
5.30-6.15 1 parent for set up
6.15 – 7.00 2 parent to sell raffle tickets
Intermission 1 parent to sell food
9.00-9.30 2 parents for pack up
We would also like to ask a parent to make 40 lolly bags to sell for $2 each (costs will be reimbursed).
